Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 20, 2026
These terms describe the use of TA Landscaping Services, LLC’s website and text messaging program. Individual landscaping projects are also governed by their accepted estimates, contracts, and other written agreements.
01 — About Our Business
TA Landscaping Services, LLC provides landscaping services in the Midlands of South Carolina.
Address: 140 Centerville Road, Gilbert, SC 29054
Phone: 803-687-8271
Email: talandscapinglex@gmail.com

02 — Website Use and Service Requests
Please provide accurate contact and project information when requesting services. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment, establish a final price, or obligate either party to proceed with a project.
The scope of work, pricing, payment requirements, scheduling, and any applicable warranties will be described in the estimate or agreement for your project. If these website terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the project agreement controls for that work.
03 — Text Messaging Program
The TA Landscaping Services, LLC Text Messaging Program allows customers who opt in to receive communications about:
Estimate requests and follow-ups.
Appointment confirmations and reminders.
Scheduling and project updates.
Invoices and payment reminders.
Customer support.
Customers who separately consent to promotional texts may also receive seasonal offers, information about available services, and invitations to schedule additional landscaping work.
Messages may be sent using automated technology through Jobber or other providers supporting our communications.
04 — Consent to Receive Messages
You may opt in through the consent options on our Jobber request form or another consent process we provide.
Your consent applies to the types of messages described when you enroll. Providing a phone number or requesting an estimate alone does not constitute consent to promotional texts.
Consent to promotional messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
You must be authorized to provide consent for the mobile number you submit. Please notify us if your number changes.
05 — Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your requests, active projects, conversations, and promotional preferences.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s plan determines any charges for sending or receiving messages.
06 — How to Unsubscribe
Reply STOP to any text message from our messaging program to unsubscribe.
You may receive one final message confirming your unsubscribe request. After opting out, you will not receive further messages from the program unless you opt in again.
Opting out of texts does not cancel an appointment, project, or payment obligation. Please call or email us to arrange another way to communicate about your services.
07 — Help and Customer Support
Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly:
Phone: 803-687-8271
Email: talandscapinglex@gmail.com
08 — Message Delivery
Text delivery depends on mobile carriers and other service providers. Messages may be delayed or fail to arrive. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Please call us directly for time-sensitive project questions.
09 — Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information, including information associated with text messaging.
We do not share mobile information or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Please review the Privacy Policy linked on our website.
10 — Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our services or messaging program change. The current version will appear on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. If a change requires new consent, we will obtain it before sending messages covered by that change.
